24 Oras Central Visayas, formerly Balitang Bisdak is a regional news program aired over GMA-7 Cebu, GMA-5 Dumaguete and GMA-10 Tacloban in the Philippines with its broadcast center located at Nivel Hills, Apas, Cebu City. The newscast airs from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm every Monday to Friday. Balitang Bisdak simulcasts on DYSS 999 AM. Balitang Bisdak was first aired on Channel 7 in Cebu on October 4, 1999, Bobby Nalzaro left as a national reporter and he departs back to Cebu to be a regional news anchor and became a solo anchor of the newscast until 2005 when Cecille Quibod-Castro became anchor with Nalzaro and in 2009 when Rose Versoza joined in. However, last October 6, 2014, the newscast was limited to 30 mins. to give way for the network's newest offerings on primetime. Note: Southern Parts of Bohol, Siquijor, Dinagat Islands and Parts of Southern Leyte are also served by 24 Oras Northern Mindanao.
